Refund Policy
My Camping Mall products carry a 30-day refund policy from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. All returns must be returned in a "sellable" condition in order to receive a refund. Opened consumable products or damaged products cannot be refunded. My Camping Mall or its parent unit (H-Holdings) is not responsible for refunding the shipping costs to either originally sent or to returned products. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
All returns must be received at My Camping Mall at the address below or as otherwise designated on or before the 30-day money-back guarantee expires.

If the customer paid for the product(s) with a credit card, a refund will be issued for 100% of the purchase price, less shipping and handling, to the credit card originally used for payment, within 30 days of the date of return.
If a customer paid for product with a bank draft or check and then returns the product, there will be a minimum of a 30-day waiting period before a refund check will be issued unless the customer provides a copy of the paid bank draft or paid check from his or her financial institution. The customer will be issued a refund check if the product(s) is received within the 30-day money back guarantee and the check or bank draft for the original purchase has cleared.
